Local Branch Operations

Making sure that our customers get what they need when they need it is essential to our success. To ensure we are meeting our day to day commitments we have teams of dedicated individuals focused on the operations of each branch. From getting orders picked and shipped to making timely deliveries to customer jobsites or planning the next branch training event. Each branch operations employee owner has a key role in reaching branch goals as getting right products to the right customers is just as important as making the sale.

Branch Operations Management 

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the
day-to-day functions of branch operations. Daily, you will provide training and support to branch employees as an SAP expert and assist with other software systems. While providing quality service to our customers, you will also use their feedback to actively solve the problems to meet their needs. You will work alongside employee-owners at the Branch Support Center to coordinate issues with computers, equipment changes, and other operational needs. For those who love training, operations management, and aiding customers, this is the perfect match! 

Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support the operation functions of the warehouse. People with an eye for detail will love this job! From receiving incoming freight to checking materials to ensure that our customers are receiving quality products, every day will be a different and exciting task.  In this dynamic role, you will be the foundation of Border States and help to grow our company into the best it can be!  Our Warehouse Teams run like a well-oiled machine and make a positive impact each day on our customers and Border States as a whole.  

Office Associate - Branch Operations  

As an Office Associate, you will coordinate, organize, and perform the day-to-day functions of office operations and procedures. If you consider yourself a jack-of-all trades, this is the role for you! Visitors will be welcomed and given exceptional customer service by you. To help assist the branch manager, many of your duties will include coordinating employee-owner meetings, special events, and other trainings. You will also be the local contact for HR and IT at the Branch Support Center. You’ll work with these departments to help the Branch Support Center and, in return, assist the branch employee-owners!  

CDL Driver/Delivery Driver/Driver Trainee

As a Driver, you will support the functions of the warehouse and delivery service. Our Drivers deliver material to customers and branch locations while following all safety regulations. (We want you to leave in just as good of condition as you arrived!) You will be the face of Border States Electric and will be responsible for delivering the best customer service to all customers! Our Drivers have bi weekly pay at an hourly rate, a Monday-Friday schedule, Company Owned and Well-Maintained Equipment, Local Deliveries instead of OTR, and much more. In addition, if you’ve ever thought about getting your CDL, in some locations we offer paid training and a dedicated mentor to help you advance to this career goal. If you are ready to drive company success and still have time for friends and family than our CDL Driver/Delivery Driver/Driver Trainee roles is for you.

Fill out Profile and then click SAVE

After you have created your Profile, use the job search to view openings. Search by keywords, job title, division, department, city or state.

When you find the job that fits you move on to step 4

When you find your fit, Click APPLY on the right hand side of the Job title
