As an AP and AR associate, you will support the operation functions of the finance area to provide our customers, vendors and branches with excellent customer service. From processing and applying customer payments to responding to questions regarding invoices, statements and payments if you have an analytical mind and a knack for numbers, these are the perfect roles for you!

Purchasing and Pricing and Sourcing, Oh My! Our Procurement team is second to none. Border States’ innovative Procurement team develops price saving strategies, constant inventory management to continue to enhance our Employee-ownership and bottom line. Category and Market Management supports our sales by evaluating market analytics, implementing marketing plans and creating significant partnerships and knowledge sharing between vendors and Border States.

Getting the message of Border States shared far and wide takes a team of talented individuals. The work of our Communications and Creative Services teams ensures that all internal and external communications are the best there is. These skilled Writers, Designers, Video Editors and Specialists ensures that everything from company memos to our social media channels are providing high quality and valuable content to the desired audience.

Providing service to our customers is the goal of every employee owner at Border States. The Supply Chain Services team does that and so much more as they are tasked with ensuring our largest and most elaborate business partnerships get exactly what they need. From planning and implementation to continued collaboration with customers this group uses technology and customer relationships to ensure we hold up our end of the agreements we make.

At our core we are a business that provides products and services to our customers. In order to ensure we are the best sales organization possible our Sales Enablement team is dedicated to the analysis, planning and forecasting that ensures our business is gaining market share and our Account Managers have the data they engage our customers.

Just as much business happens online as it does within our locations and that is why Border States has a team dedicated to our digital strategy and presence. From getting millions of products on our ecommerce platform to helping guide our customers understand what solutions and services are best for them this team is focused on creating a great Border States experience on the web. /p>

The first step in creating your profile is to upload your resume. We'll automatically organize it to make it searchable by our recruiters and maximize your chance of finding a match.

Fill out Profile and then click SAVE

After you have created your Profile, use the job search to view openings. Search by keywords, job title, division, department, city or state.

When you find the job that fits you move on to step 4

When you find your fit, Click APPLY on the right hand side of the Job title

Submit your completed application using the "apply" button in the bottom right
