ABB’s Type IXC Standard (open) cutouts provide short circuit and low-level overload protection for overhead power lines and apparatus connected to those lines.
- Comes with loadbreak hooks for use with portable loadbreak tool.
- Fuseholders are interchangeable with other manufactures cutouts.
- RUS certified and meets IEEE C37.41-2008/2016 and C37.42-2016 standards.
- Fuseholders with arc shortening rods (link extender cap) are for use on single-phase to neutral or three-phase solidly grounded wye-connected circuits where recovery voltage does not exceed the maximum design voltage of the device.
