Hubbell Power’s Chance Type C Linkbreak cutouts provide circuit protection for utility lines with the added feature of a mechanical linkbreak that serves in a loadbreaking function for up to 100 amps load currents.
- Linkbreak fuseholder is interchangeable with other manufactures cutouts.
- Comes with loadbreak hooks for use with portable loadbreak tool – use above 100 amps.
- Linkbreak to be used only with fuse links requiring 1 inch or less elongation before breaking.
- All copper current path with silver-plated contacts.
- Terminals are tin-plated bronze for use with copper or aluminum conductors.
- RUS listed, meets ANSI/NEMA specifications and IEEE requirements.
- Cutouts with slant rated maximum voltage ratings are for systems which have phase-to-ground voltages no greater than the value listed to the left of the slant (/) and phase-to-phase voltages no greater than the value listed to the right of the slant.
